If you love making cupcakes and more sweet things it is a MUST you have The Hummingbird Bakery Cookbook…. I’ll be doing many recipes out of this book but one of them I just used was the hazelnut cupcake recipe. Using Nutella, you get a hit of … well.. NUTELLA! Instead of decorating with just hazelnuts, I used smashed up Ferrero Rocher= Smacherros. And since Ferrero Rochers are so big around Christmas time, these Smacherros are the perfect Christmas treat.
*Note, these are quite sweet so they are great as mini cupcakes.
